I am a member of the Enable Law Serious Personal Injury Team and specialise in acting for children who have suffered an acquired brain injury through accident, working alongside the Child Brain Injury Trust to provide specialist advice to families that access their charitable services.
In addition I act on complex sports liability cases, including semi-professional rugby, moto cross and equestrian claims. I have significant experience in establishing liability in claims where the circumstances are less than straightforward.
I am a strong believer in accessing rehabilitation at the earliest stage possible and taking a holistic approach to claims, ensuring that that Claimant and their family are placed at the very centre of the claim.
