I am a specialist medical negligence solicitor. I have particular experience in obstetric and gynaecology cases, especially for mums who suffer an injury during the birth of their baby.

Other recent cases include severe birth or neonatal injury to a child, resulting in cerebral palsy, delayed diagnoses of cancer, cardiology, sepsis and amputations.

Assisting with a large group action, involving claims by over 200 women against Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust
Negotiating the right amount of compensation for clients and seeing what it means to them
Working alongside senior colleagues who are well-respected experts in the field of clinical negligence
Assisting on claims for two families with children who were severely injured at or just after birth. It was a privilege working with their parents for the best outcome, alongside experienced colleagues, experts and counsel. The high point was achieving multi-million pound settlements in both cases, knowing that the children’s futures were secure and what that meant to their parents.
