I’m a partner in Enable Law’s Southampton team, with a legal background as a health care litigation specialist, a role for which I have consistently received recognition in leading legal directories.
My current focus is on Mental Capacity and Court of Protection work – a practice I have developed over the last 25 years.
I work with clients and the families of clients who are no longer able to manage their own property and affairs, and hold a number of appointments as a Court of Protection deputy.
I am an Honorary member of the AVMA Clinical Negligence panel. I am also a member of the Professional Deputies Forum.
