We are pleased to announce that industry heavyweight Stewart Young will join Enable Law’s Clinical Negligence team as a Legal Director.
Stewart joins Enable Law from Stewarts where he specialises in clinical negligence claims involving catastrophic injury. He has a background in healthcare disputes having previously acted for several healthcare regulators, including the General Medical Council.
He brings a wealth of experience to Enable Law, with significant knowledge in bringing complex maximum severity claims to the High Court in London. Stewart has acted for individuals in a variety of cases, including spinal, brain injury, birth injury, blindness, psychiatric, fatal and delay in diagnosis of severe sepsis cases.
Stewart is an Accredited Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Also, he is a member of the charity Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA).
