The clinical negligence team at specialist personal injury, medical negligence and mental capacity law firm, Enable Law has been awarded the Law Team of the Year at the Devon and Somerset Law Society Awards.
The Devon and Somerset Law Society Awards were held at the Great Hall, Exeter University, on 22 June. The evening celebrated and recognised the achievements of those in the legal profession.
The Clinical Negligence team at Enable Law was given its accolade because of the outstanding results achieved for clients. During the last year the team has secured numerous high value settlements for clients and has enabled multiple individuals reclaim aspects of their lives, following injury caused by a medical mistake or negligence.
Gary Walker was also shortlisted for Lawyer of the Year in recognition of his work in supporting some of the most vulnerable individuals in society. Many of Gary’s clients have significant additional needs and as a result he has strived to better their situations and give them access to much needed support
